We come out, measure, look at your drainage and your base, and tell you straight whether that patio needs tearing out or whether we can save it. Then you get an estimate written out line by line, thickness, rebar or mesh, forms, removal and haul away, so nothing shows up later as a surprise. Nobody sits at your kitchen table pushing you to sign.
